Absolutely some people have no interest in running or any type of sports. They could be very interested. literature or mathematics.So long as the body is healthy there is no need for using it above your needs. Being fat shows lazy for all to see. Gosh I better plan on a long walk tomorrow or I will be looking fat and feeling lazy.
