+513 It's kinda funny that people say "a straight line" when all lines are straight. Anything other than straight is a combination of lines and curves, amirite?

what about zig zag?

Actually, a line doesn't have to be straight. A curve, zig zag, spiral, those are all lines, as long as they're continuous and have two ends. If you actually did want to know the answer to that. I'm an art geek :P

A curve is not a line; it's a curve. A zig zag is multiple lines. A spiral is a combination of curves.

It's a curved line. Lol

In math, curves are not lines. A line is a straight curve and a curve is a curved line, which are rough ways of describing them, but they are not the same.

hehe math geek!

Lol yes.

what about a parabola?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

That's a curve.

In art, you're wrong. In math, this is still trivial.

Ok, but in math, lines are also infinitely extending; anything else is a line segment. Lighten up.

I love how you two are just going on and on and on and on about LINES! doesn't that kinda sound ridiculous to you??
