+456 It's always weird when you falsely identify the singer of a song, thinking it's a black woman, for example, when in fact it's a white man, amirite?

hahaha before I saw him, I thought Sean Kingston was a skinny white guy. ^__^''

That is very racist. People shouldn't say that. Very racist.

wheres the racist part?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

excuse me? i'm black, and i identify with this post exactly! whenever i hear a song for the first time, i try to guess what race and gender the artist is (i have to say, they usually sound different - not to mention the music genre). You probably aren't even black! it's only racist if you make it racist, so stop labeling anything that has a "black" or "asian" etc. in it as racist!

Excuse me, please learn what racism is. Not everything that involves race is racist. This is what's wrong with my country.

<insert Justin Bieber joke here>

How is it racist? It's just an example. I, for one, thought Darius Rucker, the singer from Hootie and the Blowfish, was white.
