well, this is the time most teenagers go to college and a lot of them go out of state... however, the drinking age being 21 is VERY random... because every other country in the world uses 18 :)

The drinking age at 21 isn't random at all. It's based on the way that your brain develops. Though I do find it stupid that we aren't allowed to choose what we put into our own bodies but we can go off and fight in a war and die...
