A+ for the girl wearing the mini skirt in the front row

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Wow, I hope I'm giving out the marks. An additional 20 points if you strip down first.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Haha it would be funnier if we had "Anal Exams" too. :D:D

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It sucks when you're a music major. Because you have to take "aural skills" classes. pronounced pretty much just like oral skills.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I pronounce it as differently as I possibly can.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

NO WAY NO WAY THIS ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH FOR POST OF THE DAY

by Anonymous 13 years ago

exactly.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

They're planned weeks in advance. So it's been good enough for a while.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Wasn't there another POTD just before this, like an hour before? Not the one from yesterday. One about school?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

ono I agree.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I remember giggling at the concept of an "oral exam" when I was an immature 12 year old. I believe that this same experience is very common among the masses.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

grow the fuck up..

by Anonymous 13 years ago

My third wife would fail. Miserably so. Wife #7 would pass with flying colors. Now...if you'll excuse me...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Teacher always says to me "Chin up, love!"

by Anonymous 13 years ago

*cums* Ohhh, I'd give that a B, maybe a B+ ... *SLAP*

by Anonymous 13 years ago

AN oral exam. not a

by Anonymous 13 years ago

beat me to it

by Anonymous 13 years ago

sorry, my bad. when i posted this i wondered about it, but wasnt sure.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

if the word starts with a vowel, it's AN. :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

ok, im sooo writing that down!! i never got the a/an thing down. :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

So an ukulele?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

woah... you just destroyed a little portion of what I know about grammar.... Congratulations... O_o

by Anonymous 13 years ago

No, because it makes a "you" sound, not an "oo."

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Well there's always that damn english that has "exceptions"... ans whoever said the sound thing, you're probably right.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Actually, just to throw it out there, the correct pronunciation of "ukulele" starts with the "oo" sound, not "you" or anything like that.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I may suck at grammar, but I'm pretty sure that it is "an" if it starts with a vowel sound and "a" if it starts with a constant sound.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

If a word starts with a VOWEL SOUND, you use "an." NO EXCEPTIONS. A ukulele. An herb. Case in point.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Isn't it "a herb"? Unless you're american, then there's a silent "h", right?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yes, herb was a bad example since British English uses the pronunciation that has the "h" pronounced. But yes, in Britain, it would be a herb. But over here, it's an herb because we don't pronounce the "h" (therefore it is a vowel sound).

lately the POTDs have been mediocre

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Lately your moms been mediocre

by Anonymous 13 years ago

oh no you didn't =o

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Oh actually I did

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Hey baby whats your minor got your major in my pants

by Anonymous 13 years ago

69 NWs. *teehee* I am really immature, apparently.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

haha i noticed that too

by Anonymous 13 years ago

only because the term oral sex got to the notappropriateatall nickname "oral", just like "contacts" are actually an adjective and the actual noun to the term they're referring to is "lenses"

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Wow so I got worked up for NOTHING when I found out they were having oral exams at the elementary schools?!?!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

LOL THIS WAS HILARIOUS back in 7th grade, when I first heard it. ;P Nevermind how disturbing it is that 7th graders understood this joke, lol.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

If there was, I'd pass with an A+, no problem.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Not POTD worthy

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Who're you to judge?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

No body...It's not a bad post it's just not good enough to be POTD, in my opinion, which is what this website is for

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I see, sorry for any misunderstandings.
