Ok this I'm on the fence about, because I do think it's really rude, because people are addicted they can't necessarily just not do it, but on the other hand, it's disgusting. And not only that, it makes me always cough anyway, just the smoke, and I don't think people should do it in public places. But still, it's rude to do it just because.

Not people in general, because that'd be kind of rude to do it to someone I don't know. HOWEVER. I do it to my Papa, because his doctor told him to stop smoking YEARS ago, when he had heart surgery. I also do it to my mom when she's driving me places, because that shit gets in my clothes and the stench is on me all day long.

I do it to anyone I see smoking, trying to show them the problems theyll get from smoking, and they usually just give me dirty looks, ITS MY AIR TOO.

Can't both groups just find some sort of compromise? Like maybe the smokers can smoke all the want around the non smokers but when they get lung cancer, you guys can pay the medical bills. Sound fair?

Do you cough at cars too? Because they're polluting your air as well? But it is extremely rude for you to put smoking down to something as simple as a rude habbit. It is a crutch for many people. I smoke because it after 5 years of anxiety attacks I found it was the only thing that helped. And a lot people use it as something to take they're mind off something horrible happening in their lives. Grow up and understand the worlds not black and white. You're worse than they are because they are not making a point to inflict their problems on you but you are making a point of inflicting your single-mindedness on them

No, I don't, because in my city, (I'm a 5'1 teenage girl) I would get beat up if I pulled that shit. And it's pretty rude...but, if I see someone smoking where they obviously shouldn't be (there's a ban on smoking inside most public places in my city) I get my little sister to.

I wouldn't do it to an adult or even someone just a few years older than me, but maybe to a 12 year old who is obviously just doing it to look "cool". They've probably had like 4 cigarettes in their whole life and they consider themselves smokers. Those are the kinds of people who need to know that what they are doing is annoying and that they look ridiculous.
