The best evil children were the ones in The Omen, The Ring and all the Chucky series (they're children too!). From there on.. The fright factor dwindled. Bindi Irwin scares me more than evil children in horror movies these days.

Horsemen of the apocolypse is alright. Last house on the left you should definitely watch :D I work at a video store haha.
