I just install the CCCP. After that, it'll play anything.

Yeah, it's still a good point. I always keep VLC handy just in case Windows Media Player doesn't agree with something... I'm enjoying the new Now Playing interface in WMP 12 though.

VLC + MPlayer = WIN seriously I am more concerned with properly watching the movie I am playing than all that glitz and glamour on the interface.

I don't use WMP...I used to use iTunes but now I just use my Zune.
