+316 At a fast food restaurant, if someone gets their order wrong, why do they complain to the cashier? Wouldn't it be the cook's fault? amirite?

because the cashier is the one who put in the order wrong. cook just does what he's told to make

And what are they supposed to do sprint to the back and yell at the cook.

A lot of times, the cashier rings it up right, but the cook accidentally reads it wrong. Shit happens, not everyone's perfect, we're all stupid humans in the end. Customers at fastfood places are retarded, they flip out about the stupidest shit...come on dude, it's FOOD! It's not the end of the world, it can be fixed so get over yourself Sorry, had to vent a little there

The person who was getting the food in the first place could of mispronounced something or the cashier didn't hear him right and it would of been the fastfood goer's fault.
