evil comes from people thinking they are gods, who judge their own right and wrong. Humanity does have a certain unspoken moral code, everyone knows when they've been shit on and that desire for justice is proof of the unfairness. Differences create conflict which can lead to collaboration or hatred, but different is not evil.

I believe evil is not self created. There has to be a reason behind your actions., eg. Child Abuse, Mental Health Problems. Difference has nothing to do with it.
