Well actually, during the 85 season or something like that, Gale Sayers made his entire team to do ballet, and that was the year they won the superbowl so hmm, maybe ballet is harder.

I don't really play football, but as a ballet dancer for 11 years, I can certainly guarantee it's not for sissies.
