i work at a drive thru nd sometimes it gets so hectic bc the back line gets caught up with front orders nd other customers beep in....i do mess up occassionally....but i always apologize

That's why whenever I go thru the drive-thru, I say "and if I get anything other than exactly what I ordered, I'm coming in there". They usually get the order right then.
