lol @ people who never have and never will see combat believe everything the media tells them.

From an ethical, moral, being-able-to-sleep-at-night standpoint, we have the higher ground here. Their intent was to cause death and pain and fear, ours was to give aid. Maybe we suck at giving aid, maybe we started acting like asshats, but we didn't go over there planning to murder people for no reason. So don't make us out to be the guilty party.

"we're"...no...America. Leave the rest of us out of this.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

They said US in the previous sentence, though. It was kind of implied.

Ah yes...my bad

by Anonymous 12 years ago

non-Americans...pshh.

Bottom line: We wouldn't be there if they hadn't killed 3,000 of our people. Yeah, we're always getting involved in other countries' business, but we're eliminating people who pose an immediate threat to the US while trying to help them out a bit.

American lives are more valuable than Iraqian lives.

WTF @ Jesus liking this post! What happened to "love thy neighbor as thyself"?!

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Jesus, they're fucking killing your followers over there and you like that? You're not even really Jesus, but just seeing that 3 people have their head in their ass for that statement just goes to show how shitty people can be. Even if you think that's trolling, it wasn't. That was just disgusting...

Why should you even compare? All human lives are valuable, and saying that one horrible event is "worse" than another is just sad.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Several.... Meaning over 3 thousand innocent lives. Were killing the terrorists that did that too us..., and that's worse???

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I love how you say "several" as if its no big deal.
