No way, the head is always the better option. It's logical and rational and that is what is need when making decisions.

I say listen to both. Go 50/50. Unless your heart tells you go and your head tells you no, then I would work it out rationally. I would figure out why my head is saying no and work around it..... I completely over-thought that.....

you actually think with your head/brain not your heart. your heart doesn't make decisions although it may seem that way because we usually feel it's our heart. but, it's actually your brain. so really the battle of heart vs. head is really just an epic battle of your brain. but i totally understand exactly what you mean.
