Haha, they taught me it was Washington D.C. from first grade. BUT I did always think Washington D.C. was in the state Washington. ;)

This post clearly has nother much to do with "Yanks" except for the mention of an American city. I believe a more appropriate comment would be something along the lines "Stupid YYA-ers" or "Stupid ignorant people".
