I absolutely hate when people take the 'pedestrians have the right of way' shit the wrong way. It does not mean to go walk in the street whenever. Even if there's a cross walk, you don't just walk in the street. You still need to wait for it to be clear. And if you are dumb enough to just walk in the street expecting cars to slam on their brakes and risk being ran into by other cars, you deserve to be hit. I have a friend who does it and always says, 'if they hit me ill sue!!!' Its gonna be kinda hard to do that 6 feet under. Idiots.
