+340 Teachers shouldn't take off points for forgetting to put your name or date on a test considering there is so much other stuff to remember, amirite?

It pisses me off when I get a paper and I automatically write my name on it, only to then hear: a) "Okay, now you won't be writing on that paper. I am now handing out the answer sheet which you will fill in." b) "Okay, pass those back in now that we're done discussing them." Like OMGWTFBBQPIZZA why do you drill it in our heads to sign your name as soon as you get a paper if you're going to suddenly start getting all tricky with me?!

if remembering your name is really too much for you, thats a problem.

As an adult, it is important to sign and date every piece of paper that comes your way.

I say if you're not going to give me points for writing my name on a piece of paper, then you have no right to take points away if I don't.

Honestly, I don't know how you can remember anything if you can't manage to put your name down

You're lucky they only take points off for not putting your name, instead of saying they didn't get one with your name and failing you on it.

My French teacher auctions them off. whoever raises their hand first gets the no-name test points.
