Hunting is a horrible sport. Taking a gun and killing innocent, defenseless animals doesn't even sound like fun, amirite?

Unless you are going to eat what you are hunting, I see no problem. Hunting is actually a very natural thing. Lots of animals hunt other animals, and humans really are just animals.

humans ARE animals. people hunting deer is the same as lions hunting antelope. i mean it's not that bad; some other species would kill them if not the humans.

Yes, it's ok to eat humans. But humans are the top of the food chain, no one is strong or smart enough to take them down except themselves, but cannibalism is considered immoral; therefore, humans are never eaten.

If people didn't hunt deer and rabbits, they would overpopulate and many would die of starvation. Just saying. Hunting for sport is wrong, but hunting for food and the sake of the feature generations of the species can be excused.

When tigers hunt deer the tiger attacks and the deer runs. When humans hunt deer the human attacks and the deer runs. You cannot make the animal be unaware that they're being hunted, make them not know they're "playing".

I think that hunting for sport is wrong but also, we give the animals no chance. I mean, seriously? If you have a gun and they have hooves, who do you think is going to win? Man AND woman for those who will get mad at me for not including them, had evolved and therefore we think that we can control life, and this is disguisting, especially when you see the same person who was sport hunting cleaning up after their pet.

Why is it any better to eat supermarket meats than it is to consume meat you've killed yourself? The animals in the supermarket suffered for a long time before they were killed, while the animals that are hunted never saw it coming and suffered at all. If the hunter consumes the animal they've killed, it's much more humane than us buying and consuming supermarket meats. -A vegan.

I didn't say it was better than eating supermarket meat. I know animals that end up in supermarkets go through so much more pain and torture than any hunted animal. I'm saying it's a stupid thing to do for fun. There's plenty of people who hunt just for the sport and don't even intend to eat what they kill.
