It's easier to talk over the Internet with people because you have time to plan and think about what you want to say. Where in real life, you mostly say what comes to mind without thinking about it, can't erase your mistakes, and cannot sign off or just randomly leave, amirite?

plus you can use fillers of "lol" or "haha" because if you did that in real life the fakeness would just be really awkward... lol :)
