In all honesty, there are creams that can kill all the bacteria, if enough antibiotic is infused. Unfortunately, to kill all Acne would involve continuous application, and such a strong antibiotic would give anyone who uses it bloody, deadly, colitis forming diahhrea.

Acne isn't just a bacteria problem. It also has hormonal and genetic components which can't be addressed with antibiotics alone. Hate to say it but if there's ever going to be a 100% cure for everyone's acne it'll probably be facial reengineering.

How about a Clindamycin Phosphate cream, infused with vitamin A and Propecia. Genetics can't do shit when you're face is melted off, nothing is living on it, and you're as horomonally blank as a slate of wood.

they do. its called accutane. i had awful acne everywhere when i was like 13, took it for 5 months and havent had a breakout since. go see a dermatologist.
