Well, first you have to take out the organs and sell them on the black market, they sell for quite a bit. Then you can eat the leftovers if you want, but the profit will be more then enough to buy some suitable food. You could also make a decorative pile, i personally like that option.

Ah. But I think the stench would be a little much for me... Although with the money from the organs I could buy a boatload of Febreezes. Also, it seems after you resort to cannibalism, no food you can purchase at the grocery store satisfies your hunger.
