I remember this girl made a hate group for a teacher and she was suspended I think...but she sued because it was denying her the right of free speech. Not sure if she won though. As long as they don't do anything violent against the teacher it's fine I guess.

They should be allowed to look at your page, they should not punish people for making those pages.

They should only be able to look at your page if it's public or if they're your friend. Otherwise it's in invasion of privacy.

the way i look at it, you're being a dumbass if you post incriminating evidence (i.e. pictures of you with a solo cup in one hand and a bottle of booze in the other)....you can probably get away with pictures of you at a party, but not actually doing something illegal or punishable anyways, y'know?
