An American littered and through a kitchen sponge into the ocean. It landed in Bikini Bottom on a sponge family's doorstep. It had a good home. The sponge, later known as Spongebob, had cleaned a lot of pineapple juice in his first home. He also hit his head when he was thrown into the ocean. So he turned his oddities into a hit T.V. show.
