It's possible, just not at all reasonable. If I'm tall and she's really short, and I like get up on my leg or something to get into a better kissing position. My penis would only be inches from her face. For some reason I was freeballing it that day and my fly was down, and it just kinda goes off. That's how I imagine it'd go down.
