cuz straight hair never gets messed upp so it's fine too leave it down n curly hair is frizzy n gets so messed upp wen left down

Straight hair does too get messed up! Especially if it gets greasy or if you sleep on it while it's wet and it dries all wrong. Also, if I put my hair up in any way, it sort of fits the mold of the hairstyle so I have to either leave it in that style or put it in a ponytail.

I have naturally straight hair and it's up in a ponytail right now. I don't understand how hair can be annoying.

if I straighten my hair I end up putting it in a pony-tail so it doesn't get in my way...I would think that's less annoying...Maybe?

People don't put their hair in ponytails just because it doesn't look nice. Many people do it so that their hair isn't in their face, or simply because they want a different look.

It's perfectly fine to put your hair in a ponytail, regardless of your hair type. Maybe it's a hot day and the straight hair is sticking to the back of your neck & you wanna keep it un- sweaty (;

Whatever! You guys don't even know what it's like to have giant curly hair! It's so nice when you spend 3 hours straightening your hair and you can let it down so that it's nice and smooth! You take your hair for granted!

No, maybe you just overreact with your own hair. I know several girls with extremely curly hair that let it down all the time and it looks real nice. Just stop trying to be something your not maybe :P

I'm not trying to be someone I'm not. I have only straightened my hair twice in my whole life. I'm just saying that sometimes people take their hair for granted.

Yeah, I have really curly nasty hair too. I straighten my hair every once in a while. Although I like my hair curly better, there is no better feeling than having straight hair that I don't have to put in a pony tail after I've been out in the wind, or after someone decides to play with it and frizz it up.
