well i have smelt it before and i could kinda taste it becuase smell is a large factor in taste but no way in hell have i actually tasted it the way OP is intending it, blah disgusting!

I work in the ER, and this lady came in, her bowels were so backed up that she actually started to vomit up waste from her bowels. It stunk up the whole unit. I can only imagine what that must have tasted like... Blech!

Your digestive track is one long tube from your mouth all the way to your anus, so when she got extreme constipation and it couldn't exit out the anus, it came back up the other way. Interesting the way the body works....

Well technically they don't "eat" it, but rather inhale it. This can lead to serious lung infections and if fecal matter is detected in the amniotic fluid, the baby will be immediately put on watch and examined in the NICU.
