That's because there's not an ocean of physical and mental development between 25 and 30, and there is between 13 and 18. Quit bemoaning not being able to either take advantage of younger ones if you're older, or not being able to make yourself look cool by dating much older if you're younger. First of all, worry about your mind instead- secondly, "date" around your own age.
