Ipod nanos are a complete waste. Most smartphones (which everyone seems to have nowadays) does pretty much everything an ipod nano does. 150 dollars for a nano is a ripoff. Then there's itunes which is an even bigger ripoff.

Well I don't have iTunes so maybe I'm wrong, but I hard someone say the prices were like a dollar something now. If that is the case then you could just go to some place like mp3shake.com and buy the song for 99 cents legally and put on a cheaper and just as good music player. If it is 99 cents, let's face it. Most people just use Limewire anyways, and while sure it's illegal, in the world of crimes, I'd say that's at the bottom of the list.

Oh i think i see what you mean. You mean for the bands I'm guessing. Still, a ton of people still buy their albums (physical CD's) and pay to go to their concerts. And that still won't stop people from using Limewire, and most people aren't that concerned. Especially since Limewire is still up and running.

Don't buy from iTunes. Buy from Amazon. All their songs are $.99 and are fully compatible with iTunes.

i bought a 30 dollar mp3 that does all the same things. if the lack of camera kills me i have 120 dollars leftover to buy a real camera

My friend has that nano and she uses the camera alot and upload it to her computer. So it wasnt worthless for her. And me other friends has it too and he takes 1 second long videos that looks like he took a picture, so it worked out for the nano to have that camera, i just think its stupid to have it on the bottom right corner.

they really arent pointless at all, i got one for christmas and the camera really comes in handy since i bring my ipod everywhere i never really miss anything. and if i want to take a picture with it i just take like a three second long video and turn it into a picture on my computer. i love my not pointless nano. :)
