there are thousands of possible ways of time travel, take Back to the Future and The Time Machine by HG Wells for example, both completely fictional, but both completely different. Besides, i don't think some humorous website with profanity jammed into barely-scientific articles is a good enough source for information.

It would only be safe to go to the future and only back to your time as for the post if your great great great great great great grandfather hadn't had that taco he wouldn't have been in the bathroom and missed his flight and sat in the terminal for the next plane with your great great great great great great grandmother
