I know this is a year old.. but am trying to find out if a stretch that 'aches' good is okay.. I've got a stretch where i have my fist on my hip and then pull my elbow in.. it feels really good in my shoulder, but hurts a little too.. i'm not sure if this is bad or good.. i just really like the feeling.. as far as I am aware .. if we listen to our bodies and it says yes more.. i guess it can be good..
