Lolwut, why old posts? Everyone's forgotten old posts. It's the new ones you've got to worry about, because people only care about what's on the homepage right NOW. And I can't take you seriously while you're still being a wussy anon. Besides, that old comment of mine was true to some degree, he was using correct spelling but no punctuation nor capitalisation, and that's fine. One other person even did this earlier and no one corrected him.

I can't take you seriously when you're hiding beind a username with no information about who you actually are. It's the EXACT same thing. Just because someone isn't corrected doesn't really mean anything. Generally speaking (and seeing as you've been here for a while, you'll know it to be true), people aren't taken very seriously here when they don't use proper grammar or spelling.

People took the first guy seriously, didn't they? What you're saying is like saying fat people aren't taken seriously in rl. But if they make sense and aren't assholes everyone WILL take them seriously, and if not, everyone's going to make fun of how fat they are. The first guy was fine and used bad grammar. No one cared. THIS guy acted a bit mad and used profanity. He was corrected (and an argument was started over it). And by one's amirite account you can basically find out everything about a person. You have access to all my comments, posts and votes. If you spend some time you can know EVERYTHING about me! And that's what you're hiding. You can disable people posting on your wall you know, you just can't disable them seeing things about you.

I really fail to understand that comparason... Anyway, people get pissed off when I respond to an old post for some reason, and I don't even pay attention to the dates sometimes. My views aren't hidden, even on this topic. I'm sure you could find this same conversation elsewhere. My point in being anon is exactly what you're proving. If I post anon on an old post, people get pissy, if I post with my username, people get pissy. I'd rather go anon and avoid my wall being cluttered with crap.

No, I think we really should wonder why people speak like that. It's completely idiotic. Some would say they are too lazy to write the full sentece correctly with actual letters, but if you "sp34k l13k d1s" it actually takes longer to type out what you want to say.
