+812 Yes, dog, we WOULD be going for a walk if you would just calm down for two seconds so I could put this damn leash on you, amirite?

i feel this

My dog tires himself out before we even go out the door.

I have a fenced in yard, so they get super excited when I get a leash out. Then, when I try to get it on, they freak out and it takes 10 min. I get too annoyed to take them out on a walk at that point.

I find it adorable when they get that excited-my dogs do whenever I even say "out." xD My corgi will actually put his own collar on, it's pretty funny.

Adorable to you cause your dog is smart and puts the damn thing on his self. It'd be less cute if you had to chase it and put it on. haha

I have a rottweiler, too-I have to tackle her, then pin her on the ground and put her collar on-still cute, but it gets old. For her, it's funnier because she starts howling to try and copy words.

Yea, my poodle puts his on leash on, and takes it off, but my shih tzu is too stupid to do anything himself.

I don't go anywhere with cars near by and my border collie just stays with me so I don't need a leash.

Haha we have a yard where my dog can run all around, but if we mention the word "walk" at all, she goes nuts and will run to whoever said it from anywhere in the house hahaha

One of my dogs does this "trick" (we didn't teach her, she just started doing it) when we'd ask her if she'd want to go for a walk, she'd go grab her leash/collar.

Haha my brothers tea cup yorkie is a spazz. And they take her in the car in a little dog purse thing. Anyways, all you have to do is set the bag on the floor and she will run from wherever she is in the house and DIVE into it, cause it means shes going somewhere. Its the funniest thing ever.

There's no such thing as a "tea cup" dog.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah there is

Nope :)

My two dogs go craazyy cuz they're beagles and love going for walks so they can sniff and hunt down little animals.

Try doing it with a one-year-old pitbull/American bulldog puppy. He's already full-grown and of course, the strength of the adult and the excitement of the puppy come together as one. Not. Fun.

its hilarious. ,my dog is trained too well. whenever she hears us say, outside, walk, toy, rope, car, or squirrel, she will run to the door or get a toy or rope, etc. its soooooooo funny
