It's not to specifically stop babies. How would I baby even get in to the cupboard to get the bottle?

This, and the fact that it's meant mostly to stop little kids from accidentally opening the bottle whist playing with it, mistaking it for a toy, than to stop a kid actually TRYING to open the bottle.
