I'm surprised there's no "This is America! You speak English!" rants on here.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm one of those nuts. (: But I believe people should be bilingual, at least. You don't have to be fluent, but it helps sometimes. Like if you visit a different country.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Agreed. Atleast learn the languages of the countries nearest to you, you know what I mean?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah! I'm learning Spanish. It's about a day and a half's drive from my house, but it's the 2nd most popular language. After I take Spanish 4 next year, I'm going to take a year of French. I'll probably get Rosetta Stone to learn more. I want to stay I'm trilingual.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I heard Rosetta Stone is really expensive. :o

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Damn. I'll just use google. Or ask a friend.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm sure there's a way to get it really cheap. Ebay or something like that. (:

by Anonymous 13 years ago

That'll be stupid because this site isn't an American site and also Americans also include Central America and South America so if anyone says that there would be alot of comments making that person feel stupid

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm aware. I meant the asshole Americans who bitch about having to press one for English and stuff like that.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Lol I know, I just hate people who think the whole world revolve around the U.S.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I started learning Spanish 3 years ago. I still suck, but I know the basics. I really despise all of the verb changes, though. Especially in preterit. I have such trouble remembering all of them.
