If even half the stories on notalwaysright.com really happened, I doubt I'd last 3 seconds as a cashier.

Trust me, they happen plus a lot of stupid random bullshit that can't really be described. The only advice I can give is to make sure you have a decent boss who will stand up and have your back against all the idiots.
