oh yeah so lets cut down all the trees just so humans can change one of the last few places animals and nature is left (mostly) untouched into a bustling metropolis with tons of waste, air and sound pollution.

You don't need to cut down all the trees. It would be far better to spread out and have cottage-like places, where you let the trees grow than to cement one area and slowly expand it. I've had wolves and even a bear in my back yard because we're right next to a forest. You can combine home and nature...
