You've clearly never played No More Heroes. Stupid "hard core" gamers like I assume you are annoy me. It's their fault the games on Wii did so poorly, they refuse to accept anything different and care more about graphics (what a pointless thing they are) than gameplay. Everyone I know who just gave the Wii a chance fell in love with it.

There are plenty of good games, I was just giving one example. And there's nothing wrong with the system, just a lot of the games for it (yet still not ALL the games).

What games are you talking about? There are good and bad games for every console, so you can't really say "Wii gameplay" without being more specific.

That's true, but my problem with it was the overall way the games were played. They spent a lot of money giving themselves the motion control thing, which I personally felt ruined the overall console, every game I played put more effort than it should into incorporating the motion control, and I just would have preferred it so much more if they hadn't bothered. In my opinion the Wii was a step down from the Gamecube, and if they hadn't tried so hard to stand out, I'd consider it to be on par or possible better than the other consoles, with regards to some of the great games Nintendo owns.

I'd have to agree with you, partially. The motion controls were extremely unnecessary and ruined a lot of the earlier games. However, I noticed that the later games (at least the mainstream ones that were actually worth buying) gradually tended to use the motion controls less and less. Thanks for actually giving a legittimate opinion rather than just saying "Oh, it sucks!" like so many people do.

Super Mario Galaxy series, No More Heroes, Mad World, Tales of Graces, SSBB, Legend of Zelda, Metroid Prime, Xenoblade Chronicles, DKCR, NSMBW, Zack and Wiki, etc There have been plenty of good games for the Wii, really.
