It's annoying in movies when people get injured, or something alters their physical appearance in one scene, and then in the next scene that person is completely back to normal like it never happened. Amirite?

he means like suppose someone had a head injury in a movie, after they show them without their stitches and bandages there is no SCAR..and they look like they never had the injury in the first place.

I do believe OP has missed one crucial fact. The characters never get hurt- it's only the stunt doubles that do.
