OK guys, jokes aside, if any of you guys experience an erection lasting four hours you need to go to the hospital immediately. During an erection the blood supply to the penis is greatly constricted, and tissue or nerve damage can occur. Honestly guys, there is a real danger here of losing sensation to the penis, & possibly even the ability to become erect. The condition is called priapism, and is easily treated if you get help quickly. I’ll take this opportunity to warn you of another danger for penis owners. Many boys, & older men with erectile dysfunction, deliberately enhance & prolong their erection by restricting the blood flow from their penis. This is done using string, rope, elastic bands etc. and this can keep the organ fully erect for a prolonged period enabling masturbation to continue even post orgasm. The danger here is exactly the same as with priapism. If you are tempted to do this, never go over the hour. This is because, with a normal erection there is still a significant circulation of blood within the organ. Restriction can actually totally stop any circulation. WARNING! If you ever masturbate using restrictive binding around your penis, never drift of to sleep after an orgasm. You will likely wake up to find you penis bloated, dark purple, and totally dead.
