Well define famous. I'm not a twitter person, but I know a lot of people who have lots of followers who are interested in the things that person does, and they aren't really "famous". It's not just about posting all of your actions in general, some people just use for a more convenient way to update their fans/friends about certain things. For example, a low profile artist who tweets about new supplies brought, and works currently in progress.
