umm...no. depending on where you live, it's mostly either 16 or 18. in the united states, most places it's 18.

Why is them being able to have sex relevant? They can also buy a cigar and lottery.... Their characters aren't little kids. In addition to that, kids (even in middle school) have sex all the time, I've never seen them get arrested. And you can't say that it's because they didn't get caught, because even when they got pregnant, they just dropped out to raise their kid... they would have gotten arrested, if it was illegal

Well... you can catch them, while they're aborting or deciding to keep the baby in the hospital... I knew a girl in 9th grade, so probably 14 who had already been pregnant 3 times... she's been the hospital at least three times. Why isn't she under arrest? I also knew a girl in 7th grade who was pregnant, she wasn't arrested. Besides, are you saying that they can only be arrested if they're caught having sex? What would happen? Aren't they too young to go to jail?
