If anyone else was as confused as myself about what this meant I think it was supposed to say: People //who// think they are tough because //they// got a henna tattoo are stupid.

It's funny because usually when I see henna, it's used mostly on women on hands and feet during special events such as for the bride on her wedding, or the mother-to-be at a baby shower, etc. At the last Indian wedding I went to, there was a Mehndi party specifically for the girls attending the wedding to gather and just apply Mehndi and basically sit around and be girls. I did it at the last Indian baby shower I went to as well.
