There's no risk for STDs if neither party has them, and condoms/birth control/plan B/diaphragm/spermicidal lube are extremely effective for preventing pregnancy, especially if used in conjunction. Fact is, some people aren't attractive nor is everybody in the mood all the time. Also, sadly, some people have morals. (as pointed out)
