Well, I am not a 5 star chef with a kitchen team who use hours and get paid alot for it.

It's not that you're not a good enough cook; commercial food, such as you would see in popular cookbooks or magazines, is usually treated with chemicals to make sure it photographs well. It's not even edible, sometimes. Every great once in awhile, it's not even real food, but props. I don't know how common that is anymore, though.
