"Mother Teresa. It has come to my attention that many of the other nuns in the convent are feeling a tad inferior. To even things out a bit, I'm going to need you to take this baseball bat and bludgeon that homeless man over there. Can you do that? Thanks. I hate to inconvenience you like this, but we need to eliminate the "i'm better than you factor."

Not everybody should feel the same. Then there is nothing to strive to in life. Sometimes people work hard to be better, but don't brag about it. For instance how would you like it if you practiced your instrument so hard, then someone came along to "knock you down a few pegs" so you couldn't say you were better. Your hard work would have been a waste of time just so the inferiors won't "feel bad"
