I don't even have a purse. I just bring a light jacket (with the climate around here, I always do) and have my phone and some money in the pockets.

Purses are useless unless you're tying to sneak popcorn into a theatre. All you really need is your phone and money (if you have them), and those can easily be put into pockets. Even if you have no pockets or aren't comfortable with things in your bra, you could carry a small ciggarette holder and use that instead. It's like eight times smaller than the average purse and it gets the job done.

I only have one purse and it is for when I am wearing a dress to a fancy location where I will not have a single pocket on me. I only carry essentials in it. Usually, I just bring a small shoulder bag, which could be a school bag.

Except it's good to have pads/tampons, band-aids, headache and/or pain medicine, and if you're like me, an Epi-pen and Benadrhyl for allergic reactions, if any. Woah, sorry for the excess amounts of commas.
