Why would you sit down in the middle of the street? Also, where I live, from about 11 PM- 5 AM, the lights are all blinking yellow, which means you can go right through.

Who said I was sitting in the middle of the street? And you are typically sitting down when driving a car. The lights don't do that where I live.
