The only contractions I can think of that people really have issues with are "you're" and "they're."

Some people screw up it's and its. I've seen let's and lets get mixed up too.

You got me on "let's," but the problem with "its" and "it's" is different. People often don't know that when "it" is possessive, there isn't an apostrophe. Otherwise, they know "it's" means "it is." They often just don't care to use an apostrophe.
