Basically but... what they wear <----can also include misc stuff like those back packs or belt bags, hats, sun glasses, How they dress<----more of which clothes (usually a sweater around the waist, ugly shorts, and a plain shirt.

In my area, you can also tell if someone is a tourist based on how they are acting and also by how they drive. They tend to act like they own the place, and it's super annoying.
