-148 You're kind of a stupid kid if you hadn't figured out that Santa wasn't real by the time you were eight, amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I was 10. Don't put me down

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Sorry man, but I figured it out when I was 6. Are your parents really really good actors or something?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah they were. For example one Christmas all I got was a chunk of coal.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

O_o Wow, they really went all out.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Don't mind BreakfastFan. He's too important to believe in ANYTHING.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Wait... So Santa isn't real...?? THANKS ALOT!!! D':

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Shut up.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I found out when I was four, and then I just figured that all the other ones were fake too (easter bunny, tooth fairy, etc.)... I'm a very skeptical person :P

by Anonymous 13 years ago

As a kid(santa etc) and young teen(god etc), I was pretty gullible. Now I don't believe in ANYthing, and I'm a very skeptical person. But meh. Who cares?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Wait a minute.. Santa.. isn't real... Well there goes my childhood.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

When I was 7, the "Santa" at the Mall of America robbed a jewlery store. That was my first major clue.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Hahaha this made me' laugh a lot.

Hahaha this made me' laugh a lot.

I found out when I was nine. When I noticed my mom and easter bunny both had a habit to get cheapo-candy from the discount shelf, I kinda decided every little thing like the Easter bunny was fake. Heck, when I was 10 and lost a tooth, I automatically went to my mom, showed it to her and told her I wanted money for it. xD

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Haha, same sort of thing happened to me- surprisingly she gave my a dollar...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah, once you suddenly stop believing in things, I got less. So I never told my parents that I knew they weren't real. Well, except for the tooth fairy thing.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

My brother found out the tooth fairy wasn't real when he lost a tooth, but he didn't tell my parents that he did and woke up with no money behind his pillow.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Psh. I'm not stupid D: I believed in him until I was... 10? I remember my friend told me he was fake and I cried xD

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I saw my dad hiding easter eggs when I was 4 haha, but didn't tell my parents I knew until I was 8. Didn't want to hurt their feelings xD

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I knew for ages i just didn't tell my parents because i didn't want to break their hearts :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I didn't tell my parents because I knew that if they thought I knew they weren't real, I wouldn't get as good presents. xD

by Anonymous 13 years ago

My Aunt in her mid 40's still believes in Santa...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I found out when I was nine going on ten (birthday is on Christmas Eve) in fourth grade. And it was all thanks to my father. "You can't get a lot of presents this year because we're going to Disney World." I was silent. "Wait, you still don't believe in Santa, do you?" I nodded. It concluded with my father *facepalm*ing.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

My parents told me when I was 12, but I knew years before that..I just didn't want to hurt their feelings. xD

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I figured out the Easter Bunny when I was about...8 or 9? But I knew before that that the Tooth Fairy wasn't real, and so I was skeptical of the Easter Bunny. And this year? When we got home from a friend's on Christmas Eve, I heard my parents hiding the presents. (I'm 11.) My parents thoroughly denied it though.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

so not true I've been in honors all my life and i stopped when i was like ten. though i was really unsure at 8.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

You're 11? What are you even doing on this site?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Wow I'm surised how old some people were when they found out. I remember in Grade 3 people made fun of the kids that still believed in Santa. O_o

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Santa Claus IS real. Hmph.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah, what are you all talking about? Santa's real

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I was in 5th grade. :O But I wasn't stupid, I just didn't think my parents would lie to me. :P

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I found out when I was eight. I guess I never really thought about would it really be possible or not. But when my dad told me, I was like "oh, yeah that makes sense."

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I actually know a 16 year old who believes in Santa...no lies.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It was really funny. Me and my best friend started talking about it and we were like, "yeah, this morning i saw cookie crumbs on my parents bed!" so we figured it out. The Easter Bunny, on the other hand, was different for me. My mom somehow made huge bunny footprints leading to the chocolate and I totally fell for it. I just pretended to believe in the Tooth Fairy so they would give me money.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

i was 8-9 when I found out. my brothers told me that they weren't real, so I went to my mom and said, "Tell me the truth truth truth truth, is santa, the easter bunny, the tooth fairy, and the leprechaun real?" And she said that they were all made up except for Santa, but then like 3 months later I went up to her and asked and she said he wasn't real.
